THE GLOBAL ISLAND
About
The Global Island is a place where students and teachers can learn about the impacts of climate change and what we can do about it.

It is all about creating awareness and empowering us with the tools to become change makers.
​
We will be using Minecraft as platform to collaborate. Student teams from around the world will work together in the world called 'The Global Island'.
​
The time for serious action is now and we can not wait any longer.
​

JOIN FORCES
Students from around the world will be joining forces to save the planet, one block at a time.
​
The 'Global Island' allows students to design and build climate awareness challenges and embed these into the Minecraft world. Once the challenges are built and tested, other students will then be invited to attempt to complete them.
The 'Global Island' will have 10 challenges placed in different locations around the island and will relate to the geography of that location.
​
Once the Island is finished, we will share the IP with the rest of the world.

The Challenges
Big problems need a team approach. One person can have a big impact, but together we can create something huge.
